The main target of The Marian Sawa Society is populariziing and promoting of Marian Sawa's music. The Society accomplishes its aims through:

• collaborating with outstanding performers, Professional artistic ensembles, musicologists and music theorists;
  


• funding scholarships and special awards;
  


• undertaking academic, artistic, educational activities and research related to the Sawa's works;
  


• organizing artistic events, concerts, festivals, workshops, courses, competitions, lectures and exchange-events with other member-organizations defined in the chapter 1, article 5;
  


• colaboration with domestic, foreign music and cultural organizations;
  


• participation in undertakings which promote Sawa's works, performances of his music and academic reflection on the composer's output;
  


• Establishing and making available the library collection of music, recordings, archives of Marian Sawa's works;
  


• lending music materials (entrusted by inheritors and publishers) for public recordings and performances of Sawa's Music.;
  


• publishing and editing of partitures, CD and DVD recordings, magazines, and providing comprehensive information with the use of all media.
